Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase from Gassafe India Limited, we’re here to help.
- Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used gas safety devices cannot be returned unless defective.
- How to Request a Return
Please contact our customer care at info@gassafeglobal.com or call +91 84688 17538 with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (in case of damage/defect)
Our support team will review the request and arrange a reverse pickup where applicable.
- Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- If the product was purchased on a third – party platform (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), refunds will be issued as per their respective policies.
- COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer; account details will be requested securely.
- Replacements
If your product is found defective or damaged on delivery, we’ll offer:
- A free replacement of the same item
- Or a refund, based on your preference and product availability
- Non – Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or installed devices unless faulty
- Items without original packaging
- Products returned after 7 days
- Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by writing to info@gassafeglobal.com.
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible—you must request a return after delivery.
